As an author, Sue has released two best-selling books, the first one being ‘Sue Stanley: Your Personal Trainer', and her latest book which has sold over 40,000 copies ‘Fitness Forever'.

Sue has been the editor of Woman's Fitness & Health magazine for over 10 years, has written for some of the largest women's magazines such as Women's Day, a weekly full page fitness column in the Herald Sun newspaper for over 2 years and has written over 250 health & wellbeing related articles for magazines, websites, newsletter etc.
