Sue Stanley is one of the most respected fitness expert in the world, Educator, International Speaker and a renowned life coach. Sue’s message is no matter who you are, you can be the best you can be and lead a healthier lifestyle with positive energy, good nutrition and a little exercise. Sue is now committed to helping people to be the best that they can be and to live life the best they can all over the world.

Sue is one of those unique individuals who have been able to represent her country at the highest level, in four different sports. As a child at the Australian Institute of Sport in the Australian gymnastic team, then water-skiing representing Australia at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games. 3 World Aerobic Titles and then the Ms Olympia World Championship.

Sue is considered one of the leading Australian women in sport; a member of the Sport Australia Hall of Fame, an Australia Day Ambassador, and is the recipient of the Advance Australia Award for her contribution to sport.

ATHLETE

Sue is a unique individual who have been able to represent her country at the highest level, in four different sports. As a teenager at the Australian Institute of Sport in the Australian gymnastics team, then water-skiing representing Australia at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games, followed by three World Aerobic Titles and then the Ms Olympia World Championship.

Sue began winning gold medals on the international stage, early in 1993. Her successive wins of the World Cup Aerobic Championship in Japan made her the only woman in the history of the sport to ever successfully defend a World Title. Her amazing sporting achievements soared to an unparalleled level with her win in the 1994 World Aerobic Championships in Las Vegas. Her dream of becoming the only aerobic athlete to win three World Championships became a reality.

So dominant was Sue in the sport of Competitive Aerobics that she was undefeated both at a national and international level for 4 years. Amassing an amazing 35 consecutive wins, for 3 World Championship titles, numerous international titles and 9 consecutive Australian and national championships.

It is easy to see why Sue is considered one of the leading Australian women in sport; she is a member of the Sport Australia Hall of Fame, an Australia Day Ambassador, and is the recipient of the Advance Australia Award for her contribution to sport.

And she was also an Ambassador for the DrinkWise Kids and Alcohol campaign.  Sue is the Chair of the Scholarship Committee for Sport Australia Hall of Fame.  Also Deputy Chair and Treasurer of the Melbourne Day Committee.
