WEIGHT LOSS MEAL PLAN

 

Day One

Breakfast:

1 serve wholemeal toast with vegemite

 
Morning Snack: 

2 rice cakes
1 slice low fat cheese
1 tsp jam


Lunch:

1 serve Salmon Jaffle
1 glass fruit juice


Afternoon Snack:     

2 pieces of fruit


Dinner:

1 serve Noodles with Soy Chicken
1 cup steamed mixed vegetables

 

Dessert:

1 tub (200g) Low fat fruit yoghurt
